The level of community knowledge was measured using a coronary heart disease knowledge questionnaire. Based on the results of education, it can be concluded that the mean (± SD) score of the pretest was 6.586 ± 3.145 while the mean (± SD) of the posttest was 9.379 ± 1.115. The results of the analysis using the Wilcoxon signed ranks test obtained a significance value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05). This means that there is a significant difference before and after education with the posttest score greater than the pretest.
